Panas (Nasz) is a lecturer and researcher based in Thailand, specializing in 3D look development, procedural animation, and visual effects. He blends art and technology in his academic and professional work, focusing on animation, 3D digital heritage, photogrammetry, virtual environments, and virtual production theory. His contributions to CGI advancements include innovations in rendering, shading, and compositing, alongside artistic considerations for digital visual effects and animation. Lecturer
As a faculty member at Silpakorn University's Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, I specialize in visual effects, covering procedural animation, effects, look development (texturing, shading, lighting), XGen grooming, photogrammetry, cloth simulation, and digital compositing. I teach industry techniques using tools like Autodesk Maya, Blackmagic Fusion, Arnold Render, Marvelous Designer, SideFX Houdini, Reality Capture, and Adobe Substance 3D Painter.
I develop and deliver courses on animation production and fundamentals of animation and design for communication arts students. My research focuses on CGI production theories, digital heritage, virtual environments, photogrammetry, and virtual production. I have published an academic review article on virtual production in SCOPUS (2023) and presented numerous scholarly papers and projects.
